  • Yoga for Surfers
    Designed specifically to enhance flexibility, core strength, and muscle recovery, our surf-specific yoga sessions help you improve balance, prevent injuries, and feel more fluid in the water. These targeted movements will help you surf with more ease, agility, and endurance.

DAILY YOGA CLASSES

We offer daily yoga classes as part of your retreat, with a mix of styles depending on the time of day and the energy of the group. You might wake up to a strong, energizing vinyasa, or wind down with a slow, grounding yin practice at sunset.

Our teachers come from all over the world and bring a blend of experience, passion, and heart. Classes are open to all levels — whether it’s your first time or your thousandth — and always guided with care.
